At-home strength and fitness for adults 55+, led by physiotherapists.
Be Mobile helps adults 55+ exercise at home with physiotherapists who specialise in strength and fitness. Guided programmes, clear member access and progress tracking support that experience. This project is part of our health and fitness website design work.
Standard course platforms work for a handful of courses. Scaling a paid membership into the thousands takes more than a template; it takes funnel architecture, retention design and onboarding built for the audience.
We rebuilt Be Mobile Physiotherapy as a guided, conversion-led platform: a bespoke member dashboard, multi-currency checkout and gamified progress, the structure that carried the business from $100k to $9M.
