Kajabi works well for simple courses. EB Academics needed something more: a structured academic platform for a large resource library, multiple subjects, and varied student journeys. The default library, search, and access rules could not carry it.
We built a scalable academic learning platform on Launchpad — designed for clarity, discoverability, and long-term growth, with 100+ resources, advanced filtering, and automated onboarding built in.

The Filtering

Standard Kajabi search could not handle a library this size. We layered 10+ filter groups over the resource library so teachers narrow 100+ resources down to the exact lesson they need.
Filters combine live, results update instantly, and every selection respects the member's access level — no dead ends, no locked content surprises.
