Overwhelm to a system — a workspace built for how Brand Partners sell.
Kajabi handles simple courses well, but GROworkspace needed a members' hub with three market libraries, a 150-product store and monthly content drops — not another folder of downloads.
We rebuilt the logged-in experience around myWorkspace, myLibrary and a filterable store, so a partner lands, picks their market and sends finished content the same day. The difference is not effort. It is automated systems.
Three market libraries: USA English, USA Spanish and Canada each get their own shelf inside myLibrary, so partners only see content they can actually share.
Unified myWorkspace dashboard: Owned programs, market access, the Facebook community and myLibrary sit on one welcome screen with navigation members understand.
Automated store-to-access funnel: Shop The Store routes visitors from a free guide into the right paid program, and access is granted the moment payment clears.
Built to scale: New bundles, seasonal drops and market segments are added as catalogue entries — no rebuild of the platform.
The Member Dashboard
Everything a member owns, one screen after login. No hunting, no email archaeology.
The dashboard opens onto purchased products, in-progress trainings and the newest drops — so a member can go from login to a scheduled post in a couple of minutes.
A Store You Can Actually Navigate
150+ resources were flattened into an endless scroll. The store now sits inside the members’ shell — the same sidebar as myLibrary and pricing, with the market menus and Shop The Store highlighted — and every card carries its cover, price and one action.
GROworkspace Membership Plans
Three ways in — free pay-as-you-go, a yearly Business toolkit at $187, and the Platinum membership from $10 a month.
The old page stacked three equal-length tables, so nothing looked like the answer. We rebuilt it as one comparison inside the members' shell: shared sidebar, a value anchor per tier, one action each, and Platinum carrying the recommendation.
The Login Is the Front Door
Members return to /login more often than to the homepage. We treated it as a first-class screen: brand-forward, one clear action, and a visible route back to the free guide for anyone who is not a member yet.
Post-login routing drops members straight into their library rather than a generic account page, and lapsed members land on a re-activation offer instead of an error.
